Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the apm websites, registry, playground, documentation, and related services operated by apm.to Inc. (apm).

Scope

These terms apply to:

• apm.to
• www.abappm.com
• docs.abappm.com
• registry.abappm.com
• playground.abappm.com
• tools.abappm.com
• related account, billing, package, and support services provided by apm

Eligibility

You may use apm only if you can form a binding agreement with apm and comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• keeping your account information accurate
• all activity that occurs through your account

You must not share access in ways that bypass plan, subscription, or access rules.

Acceptable Use

You may not use apm to:

• violate applicable law, government regulation, or third-party rights
• distribute malware, harmful code, or deceptive content
• engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, abusive, or predatory practices
• abuse the registry, playground, infrastructure, or support channels
• interfere with other users, services, or security controls
• upload or publish content that you do not have the right to use or distribute
• misrepresent package origin, ownership, or maintainership
• reserve names in bad faith or for abusive squatting purposes
• market or advertise for paid services
• threaten reputational damage to apm or its payment providers
• create or materially increase the risk of chargebacks, fines, damages, liability, or operational harm to apm or its providers
• engage in, encourage, promote, or celebrate violence or physical harm to persons or property, including against groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or another immutable characteristic
• process, collect, or use personal data in ways that contravene applicable consent requirements, including under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable

Paid and Free Services

apm services require an active paid subscription. Free exceptions currently include:

• public browsing of the registry
• public use of the playground
• public services provided via tools

Open Source Software

Software distributed by apm may be provided under one or more open source licenses. See apm License and Open Source Terms.

User Content and Packages

You retain responsibility for packages, metadata, documentation, and other content you publish or submit through apm.

By submitting content to apm, you represent that:

• you have the rights needed to submit it
• the content does not violate law or third-party rights
• the content complies with these terms and related policies

Suspension and Termination

apm may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if needed to:

• enforce these terms or related policies
• investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues
• comply with law or valid legal process
• protect users, maintainers, or the apm ecosystem

Changes

apm may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
