Open Source Terms
These Open Source Terms describe how apm.to Inc. (apm) provides open source software and related materials.
Scope
These terms apply to source code, builds, examples, and related materials that apm publishes under an open source license.
License Controls
Each open source component is governed by its own license text. If a repository, package, or file includes a specific license, that license controls use of that component.
For software published directly by apm, see apm License unless a different license is stated.
Usage of third-party open source is documented in apm repositories using Reuse.Software.
No Service Entitlement
Open source licensing does not by itself grant access to paid services, account features, private registry capabilities, or support commitments.
Those capabilities are governed separately by:
Contributions
If you submit code, documentation, or other improvements to apm-managed projects, you represent that you have the right to contribute that material and to allow it to be distributed under the applicable project license.
No Warranty
Unless a license or written agreement says otherwise, open source software from apm is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties or guarantees.
