Logos and Usage

This policy explains how names, logos, and brand assets associated with apm.to Inc. (apm) may be used.

Allowed Uses

You may refer to apm in factual ways, such as:

• describing compatibility
• linking to apm services or documentation
• discussing packages, tools, or integrations that work with apm

Not Allowed Without Permission

You may not, without prior written permission:

• imply partnership, endorsement, or certification by apm
• use apm logos in a way that suggests official status
• use confusingly similar branding for packages, organizations, websites, or services
• use apm branding in a misleading, defamatory, or abusive context

Trademark Protection

apm reserves all rights in its names, logos, and brand identifiers except where explicit permission is granted.
