Paid Services Terms
These Paid Services Terms govern subscription-based services offered by apm.to Inc. (apm).
Scope
Paid services may include account features, package publishing capabilities, private package functionality, organization features, or other service tiers that apm makes available to subscribers.
Free Exceptions
The following are currently available without a paid subscription:
- public registry browsing
- public playground usage
Plans
apm currently expects paid plans to be offered on subscription terms, including:
- monthly subscriptions
- yearly subscriptions
Specific pricing, feature limits, and plan details are shown at the time of purchase or account management.
Billing
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to:
- provide accurate billing information
- keep payment details current
- pay applicable fees, taxes, and renewals associated with your subscription
Renewals and Changes
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period until canceled.
apm may change pricing, plan structure, or included features prospectively. Changes do not rewrite charges that have already been paid for the active billing period.
Cancellations
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid term unless apm states otherwise for a specific plan or service.
Refunds
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
apm may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund in exceptional cases, including clear billing error, duplicate charge, or other special circumstances.
If you believe a refund is warranted, contact support@abappm.com with the relevant account, billing, and payment details.

These terms supplement the Terms of Use. If a conflict exists, these Paid Services Terms control for subscription-specific matters.
